The replanted water spinach grew well and is about 20cm (8 inches) tall now. So, we will pinch off the top of the main stem. If you pinch the tips of water spinach, side shoots will increase and the harvest will be bigger.
After pinching, grow the side shoots of the water spinach. When they grow, harvest them. How to collect water spinach? (How to harvest kangkong.) To harvest water spinach, pick the top 10cm (4 inches) of the grown side shoots. For harvesting, it is good to use garden scissors.

About one week after pinching the water spinach, the side shoots have grown, so it’s time to harvest.
The side shoots of water spinach will grow back if you leave the main plant, so you can harvest them repeatedly.
