Starting a vegetable garden from scratch. (How to start a backyard vegetable garden.) The veggie garden has progressed in harvesting, so we removed the grow tunnel.

The bed of arugula and Bekana (Chinese cabbage family) are running low. We will harvest all of them today.
Next is the bed of baby bok choy, red leaf lettuce, and sugar snap peas.
The baby bok choys are starting to bolt. In a few more days, they seem like they will bloom, so I’ll harvest them.
Harvest only the largest head of red leaf lettuce, leaving the rest for a bit longer.
Today, I harvested leaf lettuce, baby bok choy, Bekana, and arugula.
The sugar snap peas are starting to bloom more, and small pods have begun to form.
Finally, add the hemp twine for support, and the task is complete.
